Guilty Gear Accent-ed now a PS2 Game

The Guilty Gear series has been there in the fighting PS2 Games scene for a long time. These free online games have never garnered the same fan base as the mainstream franchises like Dead or Alive. Despite its different appeal, the PS2 game, Guilty Gear is still one of the free games available and is a favorites when it comes to fighting games and it's great to pick up its latest addition and add it to the series to see what it is.

As the original Guilty Gear Accent Core was released in 2007, ARC System Works have again brought its fighter to the states in the form of Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus. This time the version is similar to its predecessor but also has a few new modes in this free game. Accent Core Plus, like many of the other recent PS2 Games of Guilty Gear games, is just a revised edition of the original Guilty Gear. Accent Core Plus is a 2D PS2 Game, there is a one on one fighter that emphasizes on all the fast movement.

This time all the characters in Guilty Gear have a shared set of normal moves. Like the Punch is mapped to the Square button, kick can be used with the X button, Heavy Slash in Circle button and Slash to the Triangle button. Also there is a powerful Dust attack that can be used by tapping the R trigger. Many PS2 Games provides special moves and in this game the special moves can be performed if the player combines the standard attacks with various directional inputs.

In this free game, every fighter in Accent Core Plus can also perform a Faultless Defense and other techniques that can actually drain their Tension Gauge. Gamers who like to play PS2 Games will surely feel great with the Guilty Gear formula and will also find this very familiar, because this is the same system that has been in place many times before but still works really well. What someone can say is that the Guilty Gear, at the end, seems to be a very responsive, enjoyable fighter. Playing this free game will never hurt and might leave anyone with the feeling satiated
